Founder
Philip Breen, PhD
Sage Edge is founder-led. Philip has spent 13 years building production systems for trading, investment management and data-heavy businesses, more than ten of them in leadership roles. He has served as CTO of a start-up futures proprietary trading firm backed by ARB Trading Group and led multiple teams in T. Rowe Price’s front office. He works directly on every engagement.
He holds a PhD in Applied & Computational Mathematics from the University of Edinburgh and the CQF, and has published machine-learning research in venues including NeurIPS and Nature Communications.
